Gil Hedley, Integral Anatomist does incredible work.
Here in this graphic video using a donated human body, he demonstrates the angel wing movement of the lungs. It is breathtaking. He has kept the internal organs of the thorax intact as well as much of the connective tissue so you can beautifully see the interaction between the heart and lungs.
Makes this poster curious about the action of wings, breathing and bird travel. :-)
